Our company has been in the FAA Anti-Drug and Alcohol Program for over sixteen years, and luckily we have had the guidance of TAG /AMS during that time. At our last FAA Audit the inspector said that I should be teaching people how to execute their programs. That is a credit to the TAG/AMS system, documentation and guidance that has worked for us through the years.
TAG /AMS keeps us updated on regulatory compliance and is always improving their processes.

Our company is an FAA Repair Station and has utilized the services of TAG/AMS, Inc. for over 10 years. Our sister aviation companies have also been TAG customers for quite some time. If you have to maintain a DOT drug testing program for your workplace, TAG/AMS is the best resource in the country. The pricing is fair, and their procedures and materials of are the highest quality anywhere.
I think the highest compliment comes from the FAA auditors themselves. When we undergo an audit, they are always happy to hear that our consortium is TAG/AMS. The FAA has reviewed all the plan materials and has already given its approval. It takes most of the guess-work out of the entire program.
The people at TAG are easy to work with and always available to answer questions. I highly recommend TAG/AMS, Inc. to anyone.
It is with pleasure and gratitude that we share our comments on our experience with TAG/AMS, Inc. Airtronics has been with this company for over 10 years, during that time they have provided our business with excellent support. Though I personally have only had the pleasure of working with this company a little over a year, I have never been left disappointed.
Each employee of this company has always provided great customer service. Our most recent was our FAA drug audit. This was my first time going through a drug audit with the company and when I needed guidance and support through the audit, TAG/AMS was there to help with any questions and assistance I needed. They have continually stressed not to hesitate to call them with any questions or concerns I may have to be sure I was prepared for the audit.
It would be hard to envision another company doing a better job than TAG/AMS they have always exceeded our expectations.
Rick: I write to thank you and your staff for the excellent service which Tag has provided to my small company, First Globe, Inc. over the last seven years. Most recently, First Globe was inspected by the FAA drug folks on October 25, 2014 and prior to that inspection you and Dewayne Lacy met with me to help organize my files so that the inspection would go smoothly. Everything that the FAA requested was already in those files due to your fine support, but by carefully organizing the records with me, Inspector Wells was able to quickly determine that First Globe had complied with both the letter and spirit of the applicable regulations. I was very concerned about this inspection until after meeting with you folks. Based on our discussions I went to the inspection with confidence and First Globe passed with flying colors. I look forward to our continued association.

To whom it may concern,
This company has been using TAG/AMS since the FAA required pre-employment and random drug testing for over 20 years. Their program has progressed over these years to be very thorough and extensive. They continually update, modify and are in the forefront of the industry.
They readily answer any questions an operator may have or explain how their systems works. We find them very helpful especially in the preparation prior to any upcoming inspections. This company continually asks questions when the situation arises and TAG/AMS have always been there for guidance.
Their manual is very complete and easy to utilize in order for any entity to establish he proper documentation as required. Their internet access is very convenient for reviewing current personnel and adding and deleting others to the random program. Like all things, it still takes the Program Manager to make sure their respective company is in compliance.
